Counselling and Social Work Services
Counselling and social work services provide professional support, education and practical strategies. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis or emergency mental health services.
Azelene Williams does not provide crisis intervention or acute mental health care. Information provided through this website does not establish a counsellor–client or therapeutic relationship. Such a relationship begins only after both parties have completed the appropriate intake and consent process.
Confidentiality, its limitations and any applicable reporting obligations will be explained before counselling or supervision services begin.
Presentations, Keynotes and Educational Content
School presentations, workplace presentations, keynotes, workshops, books, videos, downloadable resources and website content are provided for general education and awareness purposes only. They do not constitute counselling, therapy, medical advice, legal advice, diagnosis or personalised treatment.
Attending a presentation or accessing educational content does not create a counsellor–client, social worker–client or therapeutic relationship with Azelene Williams.
Some presentations address sensitive subjects, including trauma, domestic and family violence, sexual harm, self-harm, addiction and mental health. These topics may bring up difficult emotions or memories. Participants are encouraged to consider their wellbeing, access available support and speak with a trusted adult or qualified health professional when needed.
Any disclosure involving a child’s safety, abuse, risk of harm or other serious concern may need to be referred to the relevant school safeguarding personnel, emergency services or appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable professional, organisational and legal obligations.
Individual Results
Every person’s circumstances and response to counselling, education or personal development are different. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and do not guarantee that another person will achieve the same outcome.
While reasonable care is taken to provide accurate and current information, no educational resource can account for every person’s circumstances. You should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional before acting on information that may affect your physical health, mental health, safety or legal rights.
