  • Yes, all sessions are confidential. We adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and Australian Counseling Association (ACA) and relevant laws. Exceptions may apply if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • Yes, we offer online counseling sessions via Zoom. This allows you to receive support from the comfort of your own home.

  • As an accredited social worker and counselor, Medicare rebate does not cover my services.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee.

  • Counseling focuses on exploring and resolving emotional and psychological issues, often related to past experiences. Conversely, coaching is more focused on goal setting, personal development, and achieving specific outcomes in the present and future.
