Rave to the Grave (RTTG)
A Gen X movement space to reconnect through music, rhythm and embodied wellbeing.

Healing doesn’t always happen in a chair.
Sometimes… it happens on the dance floor.

RTTG is a guided, movement-based wellbeing experience designed specifically for Gen X.

It’s for those who have held it together for years.
Who have coped, carried, supported and endured.

And are now ready to reconnect — not through analysis, but through rhythm.

Through music.
Through movement.
Through embodied self-expression.

This is not therapy.
It is guided movement-based wellbeing through dance, music and rhythm.

WHO RTTG FOR?

RTTG is for you if you:

  • Feel disconnected from your body after years of coping

  • Want to release stress without having to “talk it out”

  • Miss feeling alive, playful or free

  • Are navigating midlife transitions

  • Want a structured, safe space to move and reconnect

  • Enjoy online events “Yes, we dance online”

You do not need dance experience.
You do not need to be “fit.”
You do not need to perform.

You just need to show up.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION

Each RTTG session includes:

• Guided music-led movement
• Structured rhythm sequences
• Optional expressive flow
• Nervous system supportive pacing
• A safe, non-judgemental environment

Sessions are educational and experiential in nature and focus on embodied wellbeing.

They do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis or clinical treatment.

WHY MOVEMENT MATTERS

As we move through life, many of us learn to survive by disconnecting from our bodies.

Movement invites reconnection.

Music activates emotion.
Rhythm regulates the nervous system.
Embodied expression builds confidence and self-trust.

RTTG is built on the understanding that growth can happen through insight — but it can also happen through embodiment.

  • Safe

  • Playful

  • Empowering

It is not performance.
It is not pressure.
It is not therapy.

It is movement.
It is reconnection.
It is coming home to yourself.
